Use of Maviro Pavilion, and any order placed through it, is subject to these conditions.
Who you are dealing with
Maviro Pavilion is an independently owned retail business operating from B-63, Ward 30, Block B, Rajendra Park, Sector 105, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India. Contact: +91 8233742256, customersupport@maviropavilion.shop.
This is an independent shop. Brand names on products are there to identify the goods, nothing more — we are not affiliated with the companies that own them.
Placing an order
To order you need to be at least eighteen and give an Indian delivery address.
Accuracy of listings
Descriptions and measurements are given in good faith. Minor differences in shade or finish between the photograph and the delivered item are normal.
The amount you see at checkout is binding for that order, even if the listing price changes afterwards.
Where a listing carries a manifest error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund rather than honour it. We always explain the reason first.
When the contract is made
We reserve the right to decline an order. The agreement is formed only when the goods are sent.
Money, dispatch and returns
Read these terms together with the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy — all four are incorporated here.
This shop is not GST-registered, being under the threshold. Orders carry no GST and no GST invoice is available.
Site conduct
There are limits on how the site may be used. You may not:
- Republish material from this site without written permission
- Submit false or fraudulent orders
- Use crawlers, scripts or tools that place unreasonable load on the server
- Try to break into accounts, administrative areas or the server itself
Copyright
The text and page design on Maviro Pavilion belong to Maviro Pavilion. Manufacturer names, logos and product photographs supplied by makers remain the property of those makers.
What we are responsible for
Claims are limited to the sum paid for the order in question. Consequential losses — missed opportunities, lost earnings — are excluded.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Circumstances beyond us
Where something genuinely beyond our control delays an order, the timings in the Shipping Policy do not apply. You will be told, and may cancel for a refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms
These terms can change. Your order is governed by the wording that stood at the time of purchase.
Product availability
Occasionally an item is unavailable after an order is taken. You will be contacted with a choice: refund in full, or hold the order until stock returns.
Large orders
Retail quantities are what this shop is set up for. Very large orders may be capped or declined; if you need volume, write to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop and we will quote separately.
Feedback
We publish reviews as written. Nothing is removed for being critical. Content that is defamatory, obscene or plainly fabricated is taken down.

Partial invalidity
Should any part of these terms be held invalid, the balance remains in force.
The whole agreement
Together with the linked policy pages, these terms are the entire agreement between the parties for any purchase made here.
If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not mean we give it up for the future.
Passing on rights
Rights under this agreement are not assignable by you without consent. A change in the ownership of the business does not alter the terms of an order already placed.
