Shipping Policy

This page covers dispatch from Gurugram — the charge, the timings, the areas covered, and the steps to take if something goes wrong in transit.

Shipping charges

Below ₹1,999, delivery costs a flat ₹79. At or above ₹1,999, it costs nothing. That is the whole fee structure.

You will see the delivery line in the order summary. Nothing is added after you confirm.

Delivery times

Allow 1–2 business days for dispatch and a further 3-9 business days for delivery. Distance is the main variable in the second figure.

Count working days only. Festival weeks in particular add a day or two at the courier end, and we cannot compress that.

Delivery coverage

We serve customers in India. International delivery is not offered at any price.

A small number of locations fall outside courier reach. You will find out at checkout, not after paying.

Getting the address right

Double-check what you type. After hand-over to the courier we cannot edit the address, and a wrong PIN code sends the parcel to the wrong hub.

Spotted a mistake? Email customersupport@maviropavilion.shop immediately. If the parcel has not yet left, we can usually correct it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once the parcel leaves us. Early scans can be slow to publish; that is the courier system catching up, not a lost parcel.

The Track Your Order page takes your order number and email address and shows the current status.

Missed deliveries

Couriers normally try three times. After that the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a fresh dispatch; the delivery charge may apply again on the second attempt.

Parcel overdue and tracking stuck? Send the order number to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop and we will raise it with the courier on your behalf.

Do not sign for an obviously damaged parcel without opening it. Photograph the box and contents, send them to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop, and see the Return & Refund Policy.

Packaging

Parcels are padded and sealed for a rough transit. Fragile items get additional wrapping at no extra charge.

Multiple parcels for one order are normal on larger baskets. Tracking references are sent for each.

Changing the delivery day

Rescheduling is arranged directly with the delivery agent when they telephone. There is no charge for a second attempt.

Festival season

During festivals and long weekends, delivery takes longer than the usual 3-9 business days. Nothing is wrong; the network is simply full.
