Privacy Policy
This notice applies to everyone who visits or orders from Maviro Pavilion. It explains our handling of personal information under Indian law.
The data collected
Only what an order actually needs:
- Contact and delivery details: name, address, PIN code, mobile number, email
- The items, the date and the total. Payment credentials never reach us
- Messages you send us by email, telephone or the contact form
- Ordinary server log data such as IP address, browser and the pages requested
What it is used for
To pack and deliver your order, to answer you when you write in, to deal with returns and refunds, and to keep the records a business is obliged to keep.
Nothing is sold on. An order does not put you on a mailing list — that only happens if you ask for it.
Sharing
Couriers are given what they need to deliver. We also hold accounting records as required by law. There is no other disclosure.
Cookies
We set cookies that make the shopping basket and checkout function. Your browser can refuse them, at the cost of being unable to order.
How long records are held
We hold order data for the period business records must legally be retained. General correspondence is deleted once it has served its purpose.
Security of your data
We use an encrypted connection and restrict access to order information. The less that is stored, the less there is to lose.
Your choices
Requests to see, fix or erase your data go to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop. Anything we are not legally required to keep can be removed. Response time: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
This policy is framed under Indian law, in particular the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its data-protection rules.
We do not seek or knowingly retain personal information belonging to minors.
Revisions
We post revisions on this page. Please look at it occasionally, particularly before placing a large order.

Payment details
We receive a transaction reference, nothing more. Your PIN, account number and bank login never touch this website, and a COD order generates no payment record beyond the amount collected.
Keeping records accurate
If your address or phone number changes, tell us before the parcel is dispatched. After hand-over the courier works from the address we gave it and we cannot alter it.
Links to other websites
Where a page links out — to a courier’s tracking system, for example — that site has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how other organisations handle your data.
Automated decisions
We do not profile customers or make automated decisions that affect them. Every return is judged by someone who has the goods in hand.
Grievance redressal
Concerns about data handling should go to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop. We reply within Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. If our answer does not satisfy you, your statutory remedies under Indian law remain open.
The basis for holding your data
Consent is given when you place the order and can be withdrawn afterwards for anything not tied to a legal record-keeping duty. Write to customersupport@maviropavilion.shop to withdraw it.
Where we cannot delete something, you are told the reason rather than simply refused.
