Cancellation Policy

There is a window in which an order can simply be called off. This page sets out how long it lasts and how to use it.

Before dispatch

Up to the moment of dispatch. Packing runs to 1–2 business days, so in practice you have that long to change your mind.

What to do

Email customersupport@maviropavilion.shop with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line, or call +91 8233742256 during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. We confirm in writing.

You do not have to cancel everything. Name the items you no longer want; the remaining total is recalculated, and delivery may apply if it drops under ₹1,999.

Your money back

A UPI order cancelled before dispatch is refunded to the paying account within 5 to 7 business days. A COD order has taken nothing from you, so there is nothing to return.

Too late to cancel

After dispatch the order has to run its course. Either decline the parcel when it arrives, or take delivery and return it under the Return & Refund Policy within 7 days.

You may turn a COD parcel away at delivery. Where this happens repeatedly we may ask for prepayment on later orders.

When we cancel an order

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is not in usable condition, the price was plainly wrong, or delivery to that address is impossible. Any amount paid is returned in full.

A note on repeated cancellations

One or two cancellations are expected in retail. A long run of them may mean future orders are offered on UPI terms only.
